AutoCAD detailing & Pattern making
Like many projects there comes a need that requires extra detailing to fine tune things like projections, clearances, placement, stacking, and all the tiny details. An absolute must for those jobs with complicated architectural considerations such as angles, arches, bows, bays, multiple layers, and all those windows with fine architectural details that must be considered.
This service can be added at your option, or we will advise you if we feel precise computer calculations are needed in order to produce a project correctly. You will receive copies of the drawings for your approval prior to the actual product production.
AutoCAD services are a must have for extremely complex situations. Computer aided pattern designs can be created for rod templates prior to manufacture, as well as patterns for unusual, unique, or special treatment designs. Sometimes the patterns you will never see, the results you won’t believe!
We use AutoCAD on all our cornice designs and for many of our toppers which is included in the proposal. This precision is unique to insure that the design pattern is properly fitted. It’s all about precision and quality of product to ensure a custom and sure fit. Most of the time you won’t see additional charge as it’s included in the project.
AutoCAD is used for all arched or angled top draperies. Read our article on Angled Top Drapery here.
AutoCAD is another tool we feel is needed to insure that custom look and perfection.
“Precision Draperies provided drapery and throw pillows at the resident amenity spaces at The Gunbarrel Center. The specifying and purchasing teams are located in Seattle, so we required a trustworthy local source to provide services for the Boulder, CO project. Kirk walked us through all the details – functional and aesthetic – necessary to create the desired end result. His team provided detailed photos of the field measure site visit and the final installation. Kirk is a great communicator and gave us the confidence for a successful project even though we were designing from a far.”
